At Surprise Shirts Ltd, we want you to be thrilled with your mystery kit; however, if your new shirt isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items remain in their original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Kit

  Carefully place the unworn shirt and all original packaging, including any included collectibles, into a secure mailing bag.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, or use the provided QR code at your nearest drop-off location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement exchange shirt within 5-7 business days.
